PRESBYTERY OF MICHIGAN AND ONTARIO

The presbytery is the governing body of the regional church; it consists of all its ministers, and commissioned ruling elders of particular churches. “Neglect not the gift that is in thee, which was given thee by prophecy, with the laying on of the hands of the presbytery” (1 Tim. 4:14).

Hub-Spokes 2023 Goals

  • Quebec Project – at least $13,756 (USD) in direct missionary support for Ben Westerveld in Quebec, up to the total of the full amount budgeted for the project in 2023 by the OPC
  • Hopps – at least $4,000 (USD) in direct missionary support for the ministry of the Hopp family and the OPC Haiti mission
  • (Funds for these projects should be sent to the OPC Committee on Foreign Missions, 607 Easton Rd., Bldg. E, Willow Grove, PA 19090. Please include the words “Great Lakes Hub-Spokes” on the memo line. The recommended breakdown is 80% for Quebec and 20% for the Hopps.)

  • Ben Johnson – a minimum of $9,000 (USD), preferably greater than $10,000, for the support of the Ben Johnson family as they minister with Serge, supporting indigenous church-planting and discipleship in Thailand.
