- Tell us a little about your life and how you came to Christ.
- On what basis do you believe that you are called to the gospel ministry?
- How did your wife come to Christ? How did you meet? Is she supportive of your pursuing the ministry?
- Do you have any children? Are they in submission to your authority? Can you say that you rule your own house well?
- What is your practice of personal and family devotions? Can you say that you love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength?
- Have you ever been disciplined by any church or presbytery? What is the current status of that situation?
- Have you ever been arrested? Explain.
- Have you ever been divorced? Explain.
- Do you believe you have a good reputation among people outside the church?
- Where did you go to college? Seminary? What former Christian service have you been involved in?
- Do you make a regular practice of sharing your faith with others? Explain.
- Are you a member of a secret society such as the Masons? Explain.
- Why are you seeking to become a minister in the Orthodox Presbyterian Church?
